TRoubleshooting If the bulbs are not lighting up, unplug the product from the electrical outlet and tighten (or loosen) the bulbs in the sockets. Ensure the tip of the bulbs touches the metal tab inside the socket for the light to turn on. If this doesn't work, pull the metal tabs up for each socket a little bit. If 1 or more bulbs still do not light up, replace them with working ones. If the bulbs light up, please contact us for replacement bulb(s).
NOTES The 25 feet and 48 feet models do not connect. Buy the same model/length if you want to link multiple string light cords.
